Commercial Managment

BM, provides three Commercial Management services that will adapt to your company or business needs.

BrokerThis is a service that will allow BM to introduce your products in the retail market.

  • Advise on the definition of the best  Sku´s portfolio.

  • Determine the 4W´s (what, where, when, why).

  • Present the portfolio to the chosen retail companies.

  • Proceed with portfolio listing.

 

BM Fee: Commission percentage with a service contract. 

Rep: Broker activities plus the following:

  • Tracing PO´s (purchase orders) and replenishment of inventory. 

  • Weekly follow-ups that will be provided using three principal KPI´s (Sell in, Sell Out, DOH).

 

BM Fee: Fixed payment + Commission with a service cont​ract.

 

Management: Rep activities plus the following:

  • Promotion plan advice and implementation.

  • Sku trial plan (In,continuance, out).

  • Advice on the presence of the portfolio in the POP (point of purchase).

  • Increase the number of retail locations.

  • Follow-up on a pre-arranged strategy and make adjustments to improve results.

 

BM Fee: Fixed payment + Commission with a service contract.

Our most complete plan Business Consulting, where BM will guide you every step of the way to develop your strategy from the ground floor up:

  1. Diagnosis.
